To ensure the safety of users, special protective mechanisms have been implemented, such as protection against short circuit and overheating, as well as an automatic shutdown system in case of detection of malfunctions.
In addition, a user identification system is used, which provides access to the charging station only to authorized persons.
Group charging stations
Group charging stations allow you to plan, distribute and organize the charging of several vehicles, ensure safety and an equally distributed load, eliminating the possibility of generating overload capacities on electric networks.
Our charging stations are equipped with multi-channel charging terminals that can provide a charging mode that combines fast and slow charging. Rated power is up to 800 kW, allowing up to 12 electric vehicles to be charged simultaneously.
Control and distribution technologies
The load management technology makes it possible to reduce the load on the traction substation during peak loads, as well as distribute the received energy evenly between the connected terminals.
Changes in power consumption and distribution across terminals can be dynamic, depending on external factors (hours of high or low power consumption, maintenance work) and signals from the power system, which can increase efficiency and reduce uneven load on transformers.
System architecture
The main element of the architecture is a charging station, which is supplied with power (AC) from the nearest substation. In turn, the device powers the terminals connected to it (up to 12 units) and reads status information from them. The received information, using radio modules, is sent to the cloud server, which is used for interaction of the management company and users with the system.
Ready-made solutions
Ready-made solutions area set of services related to the production of equipment for charging electric vehicles on a turnkey basis. Specialists of our company carry out a set of measures to collect regulatory documents related to the project, as well as develop project documentation, production and commissioning. In addition, in accordance with the project, a transformer substation can be installed to supply power from high-voltage networks to charging devices (stations).
Parking and barriers
The charging device management system using
automated parking barriers provides for linking the charger with parking space blocking devices.
This concept is perfect for paid parking lots, private office parking lots, residential complexes and shopping and entertainment centers.
The barriers, as well as the charging station, are managed via a cloud server with which they are connected via a GPRS modem.
To activate the blocking element, just reserve a charging station using the GreenTE mobile app. Removing the lock from parking spaces is carried out by scanning the QR code of the charging station, through the above-mentioned application.
The advantage of using barriers is convenience and comfort of use. In particular, when using our platform, the possibility of a parking space being occupied by a vehicle with an internal combustion engine or by a user who has not reserved this charger is excluded.
Automatic parking barriers differ from mechanical ones by the presence of a device that blocks access to the parking lot at the touch of a single button, without leaving the electric vehicle.
The automatic folding barrier opens in 5-10 seconds.
Barriers are made of thick-walled steel pipes of high strength, which allows them to cope with increased loads.
The bright color and reflective coating make the barriers visible in low visibility conditions.
Automated parking barriers are installed either on asphalt or on a special concrete base. Fixing with massive anchors, provides strong fastening and stability of the construction.
Barriers can be exploited in various modes, which allows them to be installed both in closed parking lots and in open areas.
The service platform
The service platform provides interaction between the management company and consumers with charging device systems, in order to manage and obtain information about the health of devices.
The core of the service platform is cloud storage, where data about all processes occurring in the system is sent. The kernel provides users with access to information from the database, depending on their access level.
